People Banned From Casinos

Mar 04, 2019  Colby Covington was banned for life from the casino he got into a public run-in with Kamaru Usman and Ali Abdelaziz after UFC 235 yesterday. I'm banned from all MGM casinos (Bellagio, Aria, etc) This morning, three beefy dudes with fake badges kicked me out of the Aria, telling me to never come back or I'll be arrested for trespassing. I'm still kind of shaken up.

I just wanna get unbanned that's all cause they excluded me permanently I've been a loyal member with them n spent a lot of money for them to treat me like this its just wrong

Generally speaking a private business can exclude a patron if it decides to do so, provided the exclusion is not premised on unlawful discrimination (such as on the basis of race, national origin, and the like). No legal remedy is available to excluded persons other than those excluded on the basis of unlawful discrimination.
